Terms and conditions of the holiday flat Michiko

1. Minimum rental time:
7 nights.

2. Payment:
Cash at the check-in day, no credit cards, no debit cards, no cheques.

3. Check-in:
Daily check-in possible from 04:00 pm on. Reservation of the holiday flat at the check-in day until 07:00 pm. Later check-in is possible after agreeing before.

4. Check-out:
Prior to check-out date no refund. Check-out until 11:00 am possible.

5. Cancellation:
Cancellation until 4 weeks before check-in day no cancellation fees, cancellation during the 4 weeks before check-in day 40% of the booking fee as refund is due.

6. Booking confirmation and guest admittance contract:
After nofication of the booking confirmation via email or by mail a legally effective guest admittance contract consist between the holiday flat Michiko and the renter of the holiday flat. No paying after cancellation of the guest admittance contract or no using the holiday flat does not cause an annulment of the guest admittance contract. The guest admittance contract is mandatory. The guest admittance contract authorize the host to annulate the guest admittance contract after a time limited reminder.
